SHIPPING POLICY
We will strive to dispatch your Lucofast products as soon as possible. Our shipping policy has streamlined how we dispatch your orders with clear timelines and shipping options for your convenience. Our aim is to give you a seamless experience in getting our products to you.
1. The logistics company will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package of Lucofast in case of unavailability. Lucofast is not obligated to refund/re-attempt the package in case not delivered
2. As per the new rule by the logistics company, a 6-digit OTP will be required at the time of delivery.
3. You are required to answer their calls and be available at the time of delivery communicated to you.
4. All orders are processed within 48-72 hours of receipt (business days). On Sundays and public holidays, orders are not processed or shipped.
5. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from order confirmation.
6. If we receive a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
7. We do not currently ship outside of India.
8. The order will be delivered to the specified address in the order details. In case of a change of address a nominal fee will be charged to revise the information and retry the delivery No refund will be provided. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly mention the correct address/pin code at the time of placing the order.
