Macronutrients are required in large quantities to sustain daily activities and maintain overall wellbeing.

Micronutrients :

Micronutrients on the other hand are essential vitamins and minerals required by the body in small amounts in order to regulate the immunity, prevention of diseases and overall health growth.

They are essential minerals that carry an electrical charge and help regulate fluid balance, regulation of chemical reactions, support in muscle and nerve function of the body.

  3. Phosphate – key participant in transporting chemical compounds and molecules throughout the cell.
