RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please check our Return & Refund page for instructions on how to initiate a return and get your refund promptly.
We stand by the quality of Lucofast and we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Please be assured of the 3-to-5-days return policy under which you can return your product and get your money fully refunded or the product replaced. Please contact our customer service regarding the order to be returned and process the return. Please note that all returns are applicable only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
- Return Request will be accepted only in case the product(s) received by the buyer is/are in damaged condition.

- All products must be in their original packaging.

- Our team will then arrange for a reverse pick-up
REFUND
- The returned products will be inspected and a notification will be sent to the buyer, confirming that we have received the products. Immediately after inspection, a second notification will be sent regarding the status of the refund.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the buyer’s credit card (or original method of payment).
- The credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
